A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Kristen Sangary and I have worked with kids ranging from infancy to 15 years old for the past 5 years. I am newly married and recently have moved to Winter Park. My most recent occupation was a 4th grade elementary teacher, but I am looking for something part time now as my husband and I are building our business.

Before I was an elementary school teacher, I worked as a behavior technician for kiddos on the Autism spectrum. I have also worked as an after school teacher, and have even worked in my church as a nursery care worker and Sunday school teacher.

I have no children of my own yet, but I enjoy being an auntie to my 4 nephews. All of my work experience has been working with kids of all ages, and I am very comfortable changing diapers, doing some light cleaning, taking your kids to practices or picking them up from school, and even preparing meals if necessary.

I love working with kids and they have brought so much joy into my life.

I am a former Behavior Technician and worked with multiple kiddos who are on the Autism spectrum. We would do 5-6 hour sessions of targeted lessons and activities to help them reach their verbal communication skill goals.

The most important part about being a nanny...

A fun moment I had while being a nanny for a family while I was in college, was planning the daughter’s 7th birthday. It was unicorn themed and we had a blast setting up the decorations and watching them do all the crafts at the party. It was a memory that we will all remember forever.
