More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have my Associates degree in early childhood and special education. I have worked in many daycare classrooms, homes, and many other places caring for children of all ages. I am also the oldest of 7 children and babysat my siblings starting very young.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing learning games, games that stimulate different parts of the mind. I like doing things that are going to be beneficial to them but is also enjoyable. At one of the daycares I taught at, we would do a "dance party" every Friday morning to get their brains pumping, release some of their energy, and to just be a moment of freedom and run for them to end their week.
The most important part about being a nanny...
First and foremost, the children and their wellbeing and happiness are the most important. But I also think it is important for the parents to have a piece of mind while they are away from their kids and not have any worried about their safety and well being.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked mostly with children with autism. But I have kept and dealt with all types of children with special needs.
