I enjoy helping children become comfortable in expressing themselves through arts and crafts / gratitude journaling / positive reinforcement - I LOVE doing Interactive activities with lots of laughter - dancing - singing - helping them become more emotionally grounded etc. Also many many outdoor activities allowing them to have a healthy balance between inside and outside play - also allowing them to exhaust the abundant amount of energy they have throughout the day, and in turn allowing them to be ready for bed at night
