It was a really hot day in the summer and the kids wanted to do something fun, so we made ice cream using ice and salt in a big bag, and then in a smaller bag added milk, a small amount of sugar, and a flavor of their choice, and put it in the bag of ice. The kids then took turned shaking the bags to make ice cream.
