I’m a patient, energetic, honest, trustworthy, loving nanny with a silly goofball sense of humor. Experienced in childcare 00-16 yrs, with over 20 yrs experience. Skilled in Early childhood education, physical&emotional development. Early childhood fitness, nutrition&recreational activities. Childcare history from age 16 professionally as well as, raising my now 16 year old sister (21 year age difference), watching my 5 nieces (one is now 14, two are 8, and two are 5) My previous position starting when the child was 4 months old till after her 2nd birthday. I enjoyed the family very much. From months old to my departure, we were constantly active. Daily activities begin at 4 mths. We began visiting the Library for story/singing. My employers also enjoyed their daughters interaction with my nieces, having playtime, beach trips, Aquarium and of course the playground. Later we were enrolled in a full week of activities. Music class, Swimming lessons, Story hour, Gym class ect.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Childcare history from age 16 professionally as well as, raising my now 16 year old sister (21 year age difference), and watching my 5 nieces (one is now 14, two are 8, and two are 5) I have an exceptionally large family with many younger cousins I’ve watched and cared for since the age of 13. I am 1 of 16 grandchildren & 5 greatgrandchildren.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Library for story/singing, Age-appropriate crafts, beach trips, Aquarium and of course the playground. Music class, Swimming lessons, Story hour, Gym class. The Home can also be a great source of wonder using imagination.

Love, compassion patience and carrying, while teaching and encouraging the child you're looking after to learn and thrive. Keeping them your number one priority, as I should be.

Have have experience working with children on the spectrum, both in my family and with my Church. I'm willing to learn anything and everything I lack in this area to best care for the child and help the parents.

Could never pinpoint one moment. Everyday is a joy and privilege to experience life, growth and the sweet wonder a child experiences. Every moment I consider it a privilege to be present in a baby, toddler or older children's daily life.
