I babysat for a family last year before I went to college and it was a great learning experience. I also have a sister who is seven years younger than me and acts as three children herself. For the past few years, my relatives had often reached out to me to watch over their babies, toddlers, or children whenever they would go out for the night or work strenuous hours a day.
