I believe the most important part of being a nanny is being intentional with the care and connection you build with the families and children. Private care gives a lot of opportunities to support development of young children in ways that large-group care cannot, so I believe it is important to know how. I also believe in a more personalized approach for families that need more accommodations or changes that cannot be provided in a large-group care setting.
