I volunteered in church growing up and was always in the nursery helping with toddlers. I didn’t start helping with infants until about the age of 16 as that was the required age for the churches I volunteered in. I’ve babysat children since I was 5/6 years old ranging from siblings, cousins, to family friends and even friends children.

Children activities are rather fun! I enjoy coloring, pool dates, baking (with careful and watchful supervision), playing games whether those are board games, video games, or even the hide and go seek or outdoors tag games! Whatever the child wants to do within reason and childlike nature, I will always be more than happy to play with them!

I feel that the most important part about being a Nanny or Babysitter is the bond and relationship you have with the children and the parents. Ensuring and entrusting safety between all parties involved is a huge necessity along with boundaries, rules, and communication. That to me is key.
