Is ALWAYS the children. Their safety, happiness, and comfort. Figuring out there likes and dislikes, letting them make choices, have a voice. And remembering that they are a person too.

Besides growing up living with special needs siblings I have worked in many situations both at daycare and summer camps with special needs children. My experience is very wide from children with autism, to children who are blind. I always find a way to make sure that they get the best experience possible and always ensure that they are included.
