Hi Parents ,
My name is LaCarol . I’m 25 years old . I’ve been working is childcare for 6 almost 7 years . I started out in childcare babysitting for my sister while I was in high school but after i graduated i took childcare more seriously. I started as a camp counselor at the YMCA working with age groups between 5-10 years old . I then went on to do Before and After school when summer was over . I did that job for 3 years.I truly enjoyed it! I then took my passion to a daycare setting . I went to The Childrens House where i worked with 2 & 3 year olds. I became an Assistant Teacher and I LOVED IT! I worked there for 2 years and decided to come back where my loved for childcare started . I am now a FULL TIME Lead Teacher at the YMCA.

Caring for children is a passion I take very seriously! Seeing children learn something new and be excited really puts a smile on my face . ❤️
