Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started off with a family full time when she was just 6 weeks old and kept her until she was 12. I’ve was with a family for 4 years who moved out of State and they still come stay with me on weekends (for free) because I’m still involved in their lives. I've worked with a family of 3. A 5 year old Boy and 1 year old Twin Girls. A family of 9 who all had Special Needs and for a family who's daughter was born months premature and had Gastroschisis. I was also with a family for 4.5 years as a household manager/nanny.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy reading to kids, playing outside, going on walks, doing arts and crafts, going to the park, the children’s museum, swimming, going on road-trips, and the zoo!
The most important part about being a nanny...
As adults we often get lost in the world and things around us. Being a Nanny you get to see the world again through a child’s eyes. The innocence, the love, the beauty. I get to help raise them to be productive members of society.

When my former Nanny Kids of 4 years come to stay with me. They moved out of State (Virginia) and I’m still very much involved in their lives today. They will FaceTime me when they’re excited about something they’ve accomplished, or if they lose a tooth, or when they want to come stay with me. I’m so glad I’ve made such an impact.
