More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
During the school year I teach after school with a cheer program.
Also I worked for a swim school for a few months (unfortunately my skin wasn’t liking the chlorine) It was so much fun and it was a different experience, but I enjoyed it.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing anything really, as a kid my cousins and I would always try to stay busy.
My favorite game to play outside is gravel; It’s a game where you play at the park. One person has to close their eyes are call out “Gravel” while everyone else is running from one area to the next. If you’re on the floor when gravel is called or if you get “tagged” you’re it.
And my favorite inside game is “Steam Roller Bob” It’s a game we made up (at least I think) where one of us rolls on the floor, while the others jumps over them trying not to get “steamrolled”

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me the most important part of being a nanny or care giver is to not only be a teacher but be present. It’s not just a job but an opportunity to help raise the next generation. I was raised by my entire family, so I learned it really does take a village and its hard sometimes to find the right people to have in your village. It’s an important reminder that someones is trusting you with their world.
My experience with special needs children...
I’ve taught a few special needs while working at the swim school, it was a little harder in water but as we adapted it was not only fun but rewarding watching my kids go from being afraid of water to swimming better than me.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Oh my days it was when I was staying the summer watching my 3 nieces while my cousin was working overnight. We use to have the craziest dance parties, we put on the LED lights, turn the bubbles on and we got to dancing like there was no tomorrow ! We danced cleaning our room, making the bed, in the tub, we danced putting our pajamas on. Mom would come home kids SLEEP, house cleaned, and we’d do it all the next day.
