Hi! I'm Lauren. I've been working with children full-time since April 2022, as a preschool teacher and nanny. I also teach music lessons to both children and adults one day a week! Seeing a child's perspective of the world never gets old, and making sure kids are safe/happy is a fulfilling job for me. That being said, I'm looking to work with parents who are fully invested in their kids' wellbeing and care about how they are growing as people. My approach to working with children values empathy, individuality, and fostering independence. I also think it's important to get kids connected with nature and their own emotions, and I believe children are capable of being and doing much more than most realize! I'd love to find a home environment that is comfortable, fun loving, mindful, and most importantly that has open communication. I'm also an artist, so if any of your children are creatively inclined, I would be able to help them in developing their skills!! :)
