Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids by creating fun, engaging experiences that help them learn and grow. I love planning educational activities like reading together, practicing letters and numbers, doing simple science experiments, and encouraging curiosity through hands-on learning. Creative projects are one of my favorite ways to connect with children, whether it’s arts and crafts, painting, building projects, baking, or imaginative play that allows them to express themselves. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as nature walks, games, and active play that support both physical development and confidence. My goal is always to create a safe, positive environment where kids feel supported, excited to learn, and free to be creative while having fun.
My experience with special needs children...
When I was in elementary school, I’d volunteer to help the special education kids in PE and arts. I enjoyed the time greatly. I also for my eagle project for Scouts BSA made a sensory deprivation board which I donated to my local elementary school.
