I love interactive activities that don’t involve lots of screen time. Children learn best through experience and seeing things happen. A hands on experience done multiple times will always be more impactful then seeing through a screen. I love being outdoors and playing, going on walks, or trying new activities. I love doing enriching and engaging activities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say the most important part is creating a safe and enriching environment for children to grow and learn. Providing a space for them to explore and experience new things. And providing help for the parents as well. They say it takes a village, and I think that is very true. Everyone needs help sometimes so I pride myself on being able to provide the best space for people children in whichever way they need.
The most important part about being a nanny...
While working at a daycare I loved getting to see the children grow. From crawling around to chasing me around. Seeing their growth was the most fulfilling experience for me. And to see the pure joy on their faces as they master new skills. A child’s smile is something that will never get old.
