"Lauren watched our newborn when I went back to work. My husband and I both worked hybrid (home some days, office some days) and Lauren was flexible with our needs and requests whether we were in the home or away. She watched him for the majority of his first year and was perfect for that age. She left us when she was halfway through her pregnancy with her first child. She gave us adequate notice and assisted in finding a replacement. She was trustworthy, loving, and gentle. We loved having her care for our little guy."
