My last full-time position working with youth was at a company called Rawhide Youth Services. I was with this company for a little over a year before I moved to Florida this past September. Rawhide is a boys facility where troubled and traumatized youth come and finish their juvenile sentences instead of in a juvie. During my time here, I worked in each of the homes, creating structure, meal prepping, designing daily activities, and providing emotional support. When needed, I also provided this company with overnight coverage due to it being a 24/7 facility and helped at the school, working alongside the boys' teachers.

I have worked with many youth on the spectrum before. I have worked in schools alongside special education teachers, I have done in-home ABA work, and I have worked in after-school programs.
