The most important part of being a nanny is helping these kids grow into healthy kids. This includes feeling loved, protected, and cared for, but also including the educational aspects of growing up. I believe it’s also important to connect with the kids so they feel comfortable and safe around you and making sure to always follow and adjust to the parents expectations.

My favorite nanny moment was when I was watching two little two year old boys and every morning they would give each other a hug and say take a picture! It reminded me of how important it is to love on these kids and show them how loved they are and to love others around them.
