I believe the most important thing about being a nanny is making sure the children have a good role model to look up to when their parents can't be present. I believe the most crucial aspect of being a nanny is ensuring that children have a positive role model to look up to when their parents are unavailable. Additionally, ensuring they always feel safe and receive plenty of attention is crucial.
