Hi families! I’m so excited to find a family to work with! My partner and I will be out in haiku on a three acre property starting in January. I’m in Portland right now but wrapping things up and moving soon! I’m so in love with Maui and having been a professional nanny most of my adult career I look forward to enriching a child’s life with my company and shared experiences out in nature/parks/libraries to help expand their understanding of the world, themselves, and their connection to others and nature. The most important part about being a nanny...

First would be Respect for families philosophy/rules/discipline method. Second would be to hold space for child’s emotional development. Third is to feed them correct healthy food and take them outside for ample play time!!!

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for one 14 yr old girl who had autism, we had fun playing games, creating our own rules, having meals and enjoying laughter!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being named “nanny” by one of my nanny kids. Getting kids to take a nap like Wonder Woman, getting to bake with the kids, do art projects, helping them learn to clean up after themselves and to treat others with respect
