Hello, my name is Lauryn, I am 20 years old and I am college student at Miami dade College. I am CPR and first aid certified, and I have completed the 45-hour DCF training. I also have a reliable car to get back and forth or if you need pick up and drop off for the children that is available(I have never been in any kind of accident). For the past three years I was a preschool teacher having cared for dozens of children from ages 0-5. I loved working as a teacher nurturing and guiding my kids to become their best selves. I feel it is my lifelong purpose to care and give children the opportunity to learn more and have fun while doing it. The reason I chose to be a nanny is because I know how hard I can be sometimes to be parent and some people need help, and I want to be that person to make someone else’s life a little easier.

Growing up I assisted my sister in caring for her 7 children, this motivated my passion to take care of children professionally. I have been a preschool teacher for the past 3 years, caring for children ages 0-5. Also I am currently in school studying Early childhood education so that I can be fully knowledgeable and the tools that children need to strive.

I love doing arts and crafts with children, going to the park, doing safe but fun science experiments, playing with toys inside and outside, playing board games, going to the arcade. I find it very important to prioritize the happiness and wellbeing of the child/children while they are in my care.
