More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked with kids in many different settings, including nannying in their homes, as a teacher in a preschool, elementary school and nursery school, as well as a clinical setting where I worked with kids who have special needs.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy playing educational learning games, helping them meet their milestone goals, creating fun and interactive games, making sure we spend time outside in nature and doing arts and crafts. I love reading with the kids I work with and specializing activities to their needs and interests.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny is making sure the kids are safe and in a positive environment where they can learn and grow.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked as a special needs kindergarten teacher, as well as a registered behavioral technician, where I helped kids with special needs learn daily living skills and to be as independent as possible.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I nannied for one little boy from the time he was 3 months to 2 years old. He was very close with his mom and it took a while for him to warm up to anyone else. The first time we went out to the library class and he felt comfortable enough to take part in the activities with the other kids was so rewarding. He would look back at me and smile, and I knew he felt safe with me being there. I love seeing the kids I nanny grow and learn new things, knowing I am there to help along the way :)

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in Dunedin, FL: Annette M.
Caring for children has always been one of the greatest joys in my life. As a proud mother of three and an excited first-time grandmother, I understand how important it is for every child to feel safe, loved, and encouraged to be themselves. I believe in creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can learn, laugh, explore, and grow with confidence. I lead with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion, treating every child with the same love and care I would want for my own family. My goal is to become a trusted part of a family’s support system, providing dependable care while giving parents complete peace of mind that their children are in loving, capable hands.
