A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Lealynn. I’m currently a senior at OvidElsie High School, I graduate in December.
I am offering child care, and household services.
I enjoy babysitting, I have been babysitting for my family since I was 9, I expanded my babysitting to other family members, which I enjoyed a lot, and even experienced dog sitting for some neighbors.
My responsibilities included, cleaning, helping with homework, preparing food, (sandwiches, cutting fruit, etc. I don’t make full meals due to allergies.)
I have experience with driving, though I am not familiar with roads enough to drive long distances. (Outside of my home town.) I do not have any car seats, or booster seats in order to take the children with me. I would prefer to take care of children of ages 4+.
I don’t babysit infants, or children under the age of 1. Due to my lack of education and experience with newborns, or infants.
I have experience with working with children who have Autism and ADHD.

What matters most to me about being a babysitter, is definitely the experience they have with me, as a new individual, and making sure that they have the proper care, support, and safety while being able to grow and experience new opportunities, and skills.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experienced with children with Autism and ADHD. All I ask is that I am given alternative solutions, such as what triggers they may have, and how to communicate properly with them, or what strategies might work best for comforting. (Some children like being held and talked to, while others dislike physical contact and verbal communication, needing space to respond, and sometimes even having a item they can hold, or use to relax such as a blanket or stuffed animal.)
