A little bit about me

My passion for childcare started twelve years ago when I took my first babysitters course through the American Red Cross. I started out as a mother's helper, then babysitter, and worked my way up to a full time nanny from there. I have worked for the same family for three years and helped them bring home two of their three children. I spent a couple summers in high school working as a recreation camp counselor in Yarmouth, there I learned a love for crafting and any kids activities.
I was blessed to go through the Falmouth school system where I received a wonderful education. I grew up very close to my immediate and extended family. Our summers are spent at my family lake house on Little Sebago. We spend our weekends; kayaking, camping, and hiking with our one year old Labrador named Goose. I absolutely love all things cooking and baking!
I have an 8 month old son who I would love to be able to bring to work with me. He is a happy, smart, funny baby who is on a great schedule.

I worked at Yarmouth rec camp for 3 years in high school and my freshman year of college.
I also volunteered down in Guatemala in the schools with Safe Passage. There I solidified my Spanish and learned more than I could ever express.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing sensory bins, water activities, arts and crafts, puzzles, legos, and imagination play.
For outside activities I enjoy swimming, walking, running, soccer, bike rides, going to the park/beach, and playing in the sandbox.
