I have worked at Charleston County parks this summer and the previous as a counselor for adventure camp. I have also worked at a daycare in Ohio working with newborns all the way to children aged 7. I’ve also been a coach in many youth sports including volleyball, basketball, and soccer. I have also babysat for several families back in Ohio.

I believe the most important thing about being a nanny is building the relationship between the child and myself. Building trust with not only the child but also the family!
My experience with special needs children...
I have completed a class during college that involved sport/active based learning. We would design activities for the children with special needs. We would also end each session in the pool with the children. It was a 1-1 based structure.
