A little bit about me

My name is Leeasia Williams. I’m 18 years old, and I currently work in childcare. Over the past two years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in several childcare centers, gaining hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

I’m the second oldest of 12 siblings, and I’ve been helping my mom and dad care for my younger brothers and sisters since I was 9 years old. This early experience sparked my deep passion for working with children and has taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and creating a loving, supportive environment for every child.

What drives me most is making sure children feel loved, heard, and safe. I believe every child deserves to be nurtured, understood, and given the tools to grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally. I take pride in being dependable, kind, and fully present when working with kids.
