My family back in Mexico owns a school where I used to work every summer, with kids of all ages. Also I was a camp consuelor, for 3 years. I was in charge of a group of 10 kids and doing activities through the day. I worked as a cheerleader coach, for girls ages 3-5 years.
I was an au pair for 2 and a half years. Then I nannied for a family (3monts boy and 2 year old boy) for a year and a half. My last family I started with a newborn baby and a 5 year old, I was with them for the past year.

The most important thing for me is SAFETY. I love when kids play on their own, still being supervised, making sure everyone is happy and safe. I prioritize feelings and I would do everything in my power to help a kid, when having a hard time. I believe in boundaries and communication. Respect, for the family, kids and nanny is important too.

My favorite nanny moment was when my past nanny kids made me a card and a cake for my birthday, it made me feel so close to them and so special.
