You always have to be very careful with special needs because they need a lot of attention. I did to feeding transforming from bed to wheelchair Diaper change in bed, clothes, clean, and putting him to the living room so I can change sheets and wash sheets. Also did prepared mix food and feeding tube.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My friend Danny moment was taking special needs outside, walking around the property and enjoying their beautiful smiles and talking to them and letting him know that I’m here that I’m always gonna be here to watch them and take care of them when possible.
