I would say being a trusted nanny, safety, and, communication. Making sure the nanny and parents are on the same page with everything and the parents having your trust aswell.
My experience with special needs children...
During highschool I would help special needs kids to their classes or do certain things around the school like helping drop off some mail to classes and refilling something. I always got along with them and enjoyed there time.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment would be always seeing a smile on their faces and seeing them having fun all the time. Having to teach them certain things they’ve never been taught. Just being able to take care of others would be my favorite moment.
