One of my favorite moments as a nanny was helping a 6-year-old I watched learn to ride a bike for the first time. After a few wobbly tries, the smile on their face when they finally pedaled on their own was priceless. We celebrated with high-fives and laughter, and I’ll never forget that pure joy and sense of accomplishment we shared together.
