I have never been a nanny before but growing up hispanic, and having nieces the most important part of taking care of children is making sure they are safe. Being a nanny comes with lots of responsibilities, because you are being trusted with someone’s kids, which is their life. That comes with a lot of trust and trust is sacred. Safety is very important but the kids feeling loved and comfortable with me is what’s truly needed. I love making memories and having fun, the kids shouldn’t dread having me around. They should be excited to be with me and I should add to their life’s and help them with whatever their needs.
