To me, the most important part of being a nanny is being a steady, caring presence in a child’s life, like a guardian, a teacher, and a supportive companion. It’s not just about supervising, but about truly accompanying them through their growth, celebrating their small wins, guiding them with patience, and constantly learning how to meet their needs as they evolve. Being a nanny means offering love, structure, and encouragement every step of the way.

I truly cherish those little milestones, like when a child says a challenging word correctly, reads fluently for the first time, or proudly shows a drawing we created together. Seeing their joy and confidence grow in those moments is incredibly rewarding and reminds me why I love working with children.
