A little bit about me

Hi! Im looking for family’s with date night/ weekend/overnight/ travel needs! I do already have a part time primary daytime care family. I will be relocated to OH from NE in just over a month! I have 9 years of experience, 2 years in the hospital, including high acuity floors like PICU, NICU, ED, etc. I have a passion for infants and toddlers, so if you are looking for some help in those first few weeks overnight while you are on leave, I am your girl! That being said, I have experience with kiddos hours old all the way up to teenagers. This includes kiddos with special needs. I currently work in behavioral health so I’m more than comfortable with friends who are on the spectrum or have some behavioral challenges. Working at Children's I have my BLS and first aid certifications (among other trainings!) I love to get kids out & doing things! I think it's important to get out of the house even at younger ages!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was childcare lead and childcare coordinator at a church, where I eventually moved up to Nursery and Preschool coordinator (management/ supervisory role over the team) I had all kids newborn to kindergarten, as well as about 15 staff, under my wing.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to get kids out & doing things! Even if it's just a long walk around the park, a run to the coffee shop, or stopping at the store to complete your family grocery list for the week, I think it's important to get out of the house even at younger ages! I also would love to do other activities like the park, museum, zoo, aquarium, etc!
