When caring for children, I love planning fun and enriching activities that spark creativity and learning. Some of my favorites include outdoor adventures like nature walks, scavenger hunts, and backyard picnics; arts and crafts projects such as finger painting and making homemade playdough; and storytime with silly voices or puppet shows to bring books to life. I also enjoy music and movement activities—whether it’s a mini dance party or creating simple instruments—and simple, hands-on learning games like color sorting or easy science experiments. Even baking treats or making fruit kabobs becomes a playful way to explore new skills while having fun.
