The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment had to be when a really shy kid opened up for the first time. I was really shy when I was younger, so I know it's scary meeting new people as a kid! Once, I was babysitting a young girl who wasn't very interested in talking to me. One day, out of seemingly nowhere, I came to work and she wanted to play dress up and soccer. It was just a great feeling.
