Hi, my name is Lily. I'm looking to be a nanny again after being in the public school system for a while. I have plenty of experience and credentials to help kids of all backgrounds. I've been a babysitter/nanny for over 10 years for friends/family as well as through care. com. Professionally, I've been an assistant teacher and eventually a lead teacher. I've successfully guided several children through potty training, speech therapy and developed fun, educational routines that are easy to follow and easy to take home. I've developed lesson plans and have no issue adapting to the specific child's needs. I also have experience working with special needs children as well as children that may have fallen behind their expected milestones.
