"Lilly has been with our family as a full-time nanny for a year and a half. She has a great energy level that keeps our kids engaged and excited about each day they spend with her. She shows them a great amount of patience and helps them learn all kinds of new things; everything from potty training to reading for our now 3 and 5 year olds. Our children love her gentle demeanor and are always calmed by her cuddles. She shows up every day ready to get right to work. She keeps the kids busy and on schedule between 8 and 5 every weekday. She manages their breakfast, lunch, and snack based on the children's requests from the available options in our fridge/freezer. Lilly helps keep our family in order and we are going to really miss her when the kids go to school in the fall. We hope she finds a wonderful new family to help!"
