Is the children no question. I believe kids need to be in a safe,happy home. I think my job is to make sure that your kiddo(s) are safe, happy, healthy, and most importantly loved while you're away.

All my siblings are on the spectrum. My nanny job was with a boy that has autism and extreme violent behavior and in the morning I am a driver for a boy with down syndrome.
