I think learning and redirection are valuable tools when working with children and I am abundantly empathetic. I love hands-on activities and getting out of the house to experience new things, so that is definitely what I would want to do as a nanny too!

I am CPR and first-aid certified, but prioritize discussing safety plans with families before I start work.

P.S.-I have a dog at home who sheds, so I shouldn't work with any highly allergic kiddos.

I love crafts, spending time outside, and going on "adventures" (big and small)! Plus, I have a big imagination, so I love seeing into the imagination of a little one too!

Connecting with the kids and families I work with. In St. Louis, I babysat for a family for five years and nothing replaces the bond I created with them. It fills me with so much joy to watch children grow and show their personality as I spend time with them!
