Other experiences I have with children is doing best buddy’s for the past three years. To give you a little context about it it’s working with special needs children and to give them opportunities to become equal. I also participated in being a junior counselor for a kids summer camp, going to the local elementary schools and hang out with them and being a mentor, and teach kids how to play soccer if they were interested in!

Activity’s I enjoy doing with kids is staying active going outside playing at the park, walks, swimming, outside games. Other things I enjoy is putting one stem activity into the day either it’s an arts and crafts or a little bit a baking. I like to set in the day especially if there young of age is putting an hour rest break to just chill for a little bit.

Over the course of eight years, I often cared for groups of 6-8 children at a time, as their friends would entrust their little ones to my care. I also assisted with house cleaning and cooking for the family.
From 2008 to 2015, while living in the Bay Area, I worked as a nanny for a family of three while raising my own children. I provided childcare and household support. To this day, my boys and their kids are all best friends.
Since then, I’ve been a dedicated stay-at-home mama, and now that my boys are older, I’m excited to return to what I love most: caring for little ones.
