A little bit about me

Hi I’m Lily! I’ve been invested with watching kids for about 8 years now! I started babysitting pretty young and then I got hired as the main child care worker at the church I grew up at when I was 15. I would have a range of 5-15 kids all ages a couple nights a week there and it was so much fun to get close to each child and their families! Once I grew those relationships deeper, I started nannying for some families outside of that job. Again, families with multiple kids/ all ages. I definitely prioritize having an open and honest relationship between me and the parents so everyone is always on the same page and nothing goes unsaid! I will always care for each child intentionally with a kind and patient heart.
