My most significant experience was built alongside my grandmother, who took on the immense responsibility of caring for the babies in the family well-being program. These babies had diverse needs, and in our home, we attended to them with love and responsibility. I became my grandmother's unwavering support, taking charge of bathing them, dressing them, playing with them, and establishing interesting and appropriate routines for each stage of their development. My grandmother's home was specially designed to cater to newborns up to 4 years old. This experience proved to be gratifying and inspired me to grow as a human being.
Furthermore, during my psychology studies, I delved into analytical programs with a focus on childhood and infancy, and I actively participated in fieldwork.

What I find particularly rewarding about this job is the ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the baby and actively contribute to their development and well-being. It is a significant responsibility, but also an opportunity to make a positive impact on a human being's early years of life.
Furthermore, fulfilling the goals and desires of the parents is another important aspect of this work. By working closely with the parents, I can help establish routines, implement specific care practices, and provide the necessary support to raise their baby in the way they desire.
Being able to witness the baby's achievements and progress as they grow and develop, and being part of their learning process, is truly fulfilling. Contributing to the well-being and happiness of a baby is something special and a constant reminder of the importance of this work.
