Hi there! My name is Erica, and I'm from the East Bay Area. I'm currently a student at UCSC pursuing a double major in Environmental Sciences and Education, Democracy, and Justice. Along with my studies, I've had the opportunity to teach kindergarten classes, focusing on metacognition—helping young children understand their thought processes. I've also assisted in teaching high school biology, bringing my love for science into the classroom.

This summer, I had the wonderful opportunity to work as a Summer Camp Leader at a science and nature-based camp where I worked with children aged 4 to 15. It was such a rewarding experience, teaching kids about the environment while having fun exploring nature together.

In my free time, I love being outside, whether it's hiking, trying out new activities, or just enjoying a sunny day. I'm really excited to bring my experiences in childcare to babysitting, where I hope to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for the children I care for.
