Hi Parents. I have always loved caring for children. So much fun! I have provided safe and loving childcare for over 15 years. From snuggly infants to inquisitive teenagers. I love the outdoors and being active. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Beside providing nanny care to families I have experience working as preschool teacher assistant working with 2 years old to 5 years of age. I worked in integrated classroom assisting with creating and organizing daily activities, engaging child/children to interact and encourage communication, prepare snacks, organized and clean play areas. In my family is Caleb who has autism. I have provided occasional care. Helping to reinforce plans for day, communication, and provide guidance and reassurance.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

My favorite thing to do with children is outside activities. Playing at parks, taking walks and exploring. Building a snowman, go sledding in the winter. Just being in nature.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked in an integrated classroom as preschool teacher assistant with 2 to 5 year old. Providing help with guidance from the teacher working with children to encourage speech, social interaction, gross and fine motor skills. Additionally, within my own family I have provided care for an autistic child helping with daily skills.

The most important part about being a nanny...

This is a hard question. So many special moments over the years. My favorite moments are seeing a child having fun. From a childs laugh to smiling or finding their first lady bug. The simple things. Makes me smile.
