I think the most important part is making sure that the kids are having fun and feel comfortable. I want them to enjoy and love having a nanny. I also think teaching the kids and helping them grow in a strong learning environment is very important, but overall they’re happiness is by far the most important. I also think it is important to build a connection with the parents as well and make sure everyone is happy!

My favorite nanny moment was when two little girls i used to babysit painted me a beautiful painting and gave it to me during my last time babysitting them. Another one of my favorite moments was when a little boy used me as his biggest role model for a school assignment!
