A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Elizabeth, but I usually go by Liz. I have two younger sisters and a pet rabbit named Niko. graduated from UW Oshkosh in spring of 2022 with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and I am currently in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters. I love to travel, and I have lots of fun stories from my adventures! I love music and - I play many different instruments including piano, flute, bassoon, percussion, and handbells, and I love to sing! I have been teaching music lessons from home for 7 years. I also love art, whether it be painting, sculpting, or just scribbling with crayons! I also love cooking and baking - I love experimenting with new foods. I am certified in early childhood education and have been working with kids for as long as I can remember. I love working with kids of all ages, from newborn to teenagers, watching them learn and grow into wonderful people. I can't wait to meet your family!

The most important part about being a nanny is providing ways for the children you are working with to explore the world. Encouraging children to try new things helps them to grow as people!

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for children with special medical needs such as allergies and mobility disorders such as Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida. I also have experience working with children who have Autism, ADD, ADHD, and OCD.

The most important part about being a nanny...

It is nearly impossible to choose a favorite, but one of my favorites was on Dr. Seuss's birthday - we flew kites like thing one and thing two, then we went inside and made green eggs and ham. It was a magical, story-filled day!
