So getting a good understanding of what the parents hopes are & what their personal vision is of a “perfect” nanny is key to having a healthy nanny/family relationship. We are all human & can easily work together to achieve your family idea as long as we communicate effectively.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for children with cerebral palsy & autism. Although some families had similar needs, i believe all are different. After spending time together & becoming comfortable with one another we can develop a daily plan that is suitable & acceptable for everyone.
