I think having a good relationship with the parents and feeling comfortable with the kids is so important. I walked away from every nanny experience feeling a genuine connection with the families I worked for and I really value that :)

I used to watch a little girl from the time she was 3 months old up until about 2 years old. And we used to make interviews on my phone where I would ask her questions and she would have the funniest answers. My favorite part of the day was showing the parents when they got home from work. They loved it! 🥰
