She is patient and effortlessly turns my kid's daily activities into learning lessons and prioritizes outdoor time. I am not a micro-manager and love that she picks up on my family's flow and jumps right in. If I do have a request, she graciously adapts and follows through. She has a very natural and effective way of speaking to my children that involves positive reinforcement and encourages independence. She loves snuggling and reading piles of books which makes me happy to think about when I am away at work. So many moments over the years! Recently, I have been working with a sweet baby girl who had a very hard time going to sleep for nap time. I worked very hard with the parents to help her get to sleep on her own and sleep peacefully. So, having that sweet baby finally fall asleep in my lap was definitely a favorite nanny moment for me.
