Hello, my name is Lucy. I’m twenty two years old. I have been working with kids since I was thirteen. Babysitting neighborhood kids, church kids, and even relatives. I have been working at a childcare center for two years and I love watching the kids grow and mature in all stages of their lives. While trying my best to assist them mentally and emotionally in anyway they need. I love going outside, singing, reading books, doing arts and crafts, and cooking. I have volunteered at many Bible schools in the summer working with kids of all ages. This is a half day program. Where I assist in creating a fun and educational environment for kids whose school is out for the summer.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to color and help them use the creative side of their mind. I love going on walks and enjoying nature. I also love to sing and have little dance parties depending on the age of the kids.

My experience with special needs children...

Once a week in the summer I volunteer at a special needs camp for adults. This includes bathing them, feeding them and giving them the everyday care they need and desire.
